The result is a slit strip that is up to ten times the length of a ribbon wound coil. Both our Tipp City, OH and Minster, OH plants can provide you with oscillate slit bundles.

Oscillate Slitting Provides:

• Bundles of up to 275,000 ft. in length

• Reduced thread up and weld time resulting in up to 20% improved productivity

• Reduced head and tail scrap

• TIG or Plasma welded joints

• No side scrap is generated during slitting process in most materials.

• All strips are guaranteed to be within +/- .003” width tolerance

• No filler metal is used during welding and strips are fully planished and annealed.

• Bundles are packaged in customized returnable steel racks, or on pallets according to your specifications.
