“Go Green” Part of Our Everyday Culture

Associates at Precision Strip have been going green for the last 34 years! Every day, we dress for work with our green uniforms and green hard hats. The morning coffee is served in green mugs. PS Transport makes deliveries to our customers in their green trucks. You may already be thinking that this green way of life does not exactly relate to “going green” in an environmental friendly way, but going green, in every sense, is truly part of our everyday culture.

Precision Strip is expanding into Michigan!

Precision Strip plans to design/build a new PSI slitting line for installation in a third party warehouse in Woodhaven, MI. Growing demands for slitting in this geographic region has provided the base load of business for this, our 12th operating facility.

Precision Strip Transport Running on Natural Gas

Precision Strip Transport is joining a cooperative effort with Heritage Coop and Trillium CNG to build public CNG (compressed natural gas) infrastructure to allow Precision Strip trucks to operate on a 50/50 mix of diesel and CNG. The public CNG station will be located on the corner of Bales Road and State Route 31 south of Kenton, Ohio. It will open in Spring 2014 with three Diesel islands and three CNG/Diesel islands with Class 8 truck access.
